How can I send my logo or text
When you have finished picking the items you are interested in and sending the quote form the last page you come to will give you the chance to tell us what you want.
If we already have your logo or text set-up, you can tell us then as well.

We always send you a proof to review and approve.



Setup fees

For customers own embroidered logo we charge from £20.00. Once this is done it does not need to be done again and is saved for any future orders.
If your design is from our stock catalogue. there is nothing to pay for your setup.

For screen printing there is a £20.00 charge for the first colour screen and £10.00 per colour thereafter.
Once this is done it does not need to be done again and is saved for any future orders.

How long will my order take?
We try our very best to deliver your garments within 5 to 10 working days after the order is taken. If the customer requires a sample of the embroidery 5 to 10 working days from their approval of the sample. We are invariably busier during the summer months. (June-July-August) so it may be that some orders take a little longer for delivery. If you need your order for a specific date please let us know and we can give you a definite answer if we are able to achieve you requirements. We welcome you to email us at anytime whilst your order is pending to track the estimated delivery date.



Can I approve my design before you start?

Yes, please request this when ordering and we will send you a proof to review and approve before we produce your order.


Do I need to pay a deposit ?
Yes, we require a deposit of 50% of the total order inc. VAT and then full payment when you order is ready for dispatch.



Is there a minimum or maximum order?
Yes and No ....we have No minimum for embroidery but 12 for screen-printing,
No maximum order, from 6 to 60,000.



Quality?

We are very confident that our garments are of excellent quality . If you are not completely happy with the quality we will do our very best to correct the problem.
What if my garments don't fit?
Each product comes with a size guide. This is usually the relevant size chest (in inches) in relation to S,M,L.XL..etc. Due to this Shirtattack can not accept liability for goods that do not fit is the size is as ordered.

Samples?
If you would like to see any of the garments and embroidery before ordering please e-mail sales@shirtattack.co.uk with your request and a representative will contact you with regards to your requirements then send you the appropriate garments. We do charge for samples however we will then refund the garment cost once samples are returned.



What if I would like an amendment to my current logo?

That’s no problem just send us the logo as an attachment and with a note of any changes. We will then send you a proof of your new logo for you to approve.

Can you provide garments that are not featured on your web-site?
Yes. We have an extensive range of garments that are not all featured on the web-site, please contact with you requirements.


Postage and Packaging
Iinside the UK? (*not including Northern Ireland and the Highlands Scotlant)
The standard cost for every order is £10 plus vat.



Are my Credit Card details safe?
We do not take credit card payments on our site, we give you a quote first and call you to confirm the order, then take your card details over the phone. Your details are not held so each time you order we re-take your card details. We find this is the only way you can be 100% sure that your details are indeed safe.



Will my personal information be shared with other parties?

No.... your information will only be used by us. Shirtattack.



What if I require embroidery on a number of different positions?
The prices on the web-site are for one embroidered logo on each garment. If you require more than one logo we would advise you to email us your order. We can then calculate the cost and give you a final price. For extra logo's..
If you order your garments on-line and you have stated more than one logo on each garment we will show this on our quote to you.



What is my charge for digitizing for:

From £20.00 for digitizing your logo (Set-Up), to do this we need your artwork, which may be a picture or letterhead etc..

In the event you would like your logo on a disk in an embroidery format there is a min. charge of £50.00



Do you take all Credit and Debit Cards?

We take all major credit and debit cards except American Express.
